Landscape Vignettes
A series of landscape vignettes I've been creating, inspired by places near and dear or far and fascinating.
Available as prints through INPRNT.
Appalachian Spring
I never realized how amazing spring was until I moved to Virginia. This is a tribute to the flowering trees that decorate the roadsides at that time of the year.
Lilypads
Inspired by Carroll Creek in Frederick, Maryland. I never get over how alien aquatic plants look.
Lilacs
Thinking about the enormous lilac bush and all the spring flowers at my parents’ house.
Shenandoah Sumac
One of the images that lingered in my mind after an autumn drive through Shenandoah National Park.
Fog
I love how on a foggy day in the mountains you can feel like you’re the only person in the universe. Everywhere feels so secret.
